Shannon Ashburn is the founder of HOME™ Staging Services and the creator of the HOME™ Price Protection System™, a structured pre-listing advisory framework designed to help homeowners understand, protect, and maximize their property’s equity before market exposure.
Shannon’s work is informed by a lifetime of leadership, creative design, operational management, and real-world problem solving. Her professional background spans executive leadership in a national corporation, small business ownership, retail and operational management, and large-scale event and environment design — experiences that shaped her ability to assess risk, manage complexity, and create intentional, outcome-driven spaces.
Beginning in 2021, Shannon committed herself to intensive training, research, and study in home staging, property presentation, buyer psychology, and market behavior. Rather than entering the industry through traditional paths, she focused on understanding how and why equity is lost, and how preparation, sequencing, and presentation influence buyer perception once a property is exposed to the market.
The result is the HOME™ framework — a system that separates analysis from execution, empowers homeowners with clarity and control, and removes pressure from the preparation process.
